Sooooooooo, i think my first attemopt at painting realistic fur, and just painting in general turned out pretty good!
IGNORE THE CRAPPY ANATOMY OF THE ARM! I couldn't get it to look right so i just left it D:
And it didn't take as long as i thought it would, STILL took a while though.
I guess i will keep experimenting and hopfully improve this technique.

Very interesting effects I can see being used with the dodge tool! Your creating a sort of bundled fur look, good! I think I'll give that a try and see how it works.
